After you have submitted your yearbook, depending on the payment method that you have chosen we will either send you an invoice or set up a Storefront for you.

The invoice will be for the final balance of payment for your books and hoodies if you ordered them and it will be sent to the main editor.

It can also be downloaded from your Order Summary page, which will show the status of the payment for the yearbook, letting you know whether we have received this or not.

Payment for your books must be made in a single instalment. The accepted methods of payment are either a BACS Bank Transfer, or a cheque, payable to Yearbook Machine Limited.

The payment details will be shown on your invoice.
