What is a Storefront
A Storefront is an online site that we will normally set this up once you have submitted your yearbook. It is where the participants of your book can order and pay for their yearbook and/or hoodies individually by credit/debit card.
If you are tight for time and need a delivery as soon as possible, then we can set one up before you have submitted the book.
We provide you with a unique link that can be shared with students and parents so they can access your customised Storefront to place their order.
Here’s an example of what a Storefront looks like:
In addition to submitting your book, we will also need you to specify the minimum quantity of books and hoodies expected for orders and decide whether you prefer delivery to the school, personal addresses, or both.
Ordering
When ordering, use the link provided and select the items you wish to purchase.
Your basket can be found by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner or scrolling to the bottom of the page.
When ready to pay proceed to Checkout.
At checkout, you will be asked to choose your delivery options, provide your details, and make a payment using a debit or credit card.
For orders with individual delivery, please note that there will be a shipping fee per item, and this fee is based on the destination country:
Once an order has been successfully placed the customer will receive a confirmation email with an order number.
Orders
As an editor, you can monitor the orders that have been placed while the Storefront is open. To do this, go to the “Orders” section of your yearbook which will be only accessible while the Storefront is open.
This is your Storefront dashboard:
Here, you’ll find the Storefront link, your deadline, along with the expected dispatch date and price for yearbooks and/or hoodies.
Orders placed on the Storefront will be visible here. As an editor, you can change orders if someone from your book requests it. Click on their order number and select “edit” next to their items.
Extending the deadline
If you need to extend the Storefront deadline to allow more orders, click “Edit” next to ‘Order deadline’. Do note that changing the Storefront deadline will affect your delivery date.
This window will pop up. To change the date, click the calendar icon, set the new date, and your dispatch dates will update accordingly. Then, click “Save.”
Once the deadline has passed and all requirements have been met, there will be a 24-hour period during which you can choose to either extend the deadline to receive more orders or send the orders to print.
If you have not met the minimum order requirement, you will be asked to either extend the deadline to receive more orders or contact us.
