Team Update: Lockdown 3.0

We didn’t want to have to be writing another post like this again so soon!

We know that school closures and another period of uncertainty might be causing some concern about yearbooks going ahead.

We want to reassure all of our customers that we and our printers are working to keep everything operating as usual, with the same team available to help whenever needed. Your yearbook project can still be worked on from home.

The online nature of our books means that they’re perfect for remote collaboration, and our Chat feature can help you all stay in touch while working on the project.

We hope that circumstances will be much improved by the end of the school year. Please do feel free to get in touch with any questions you might have in the meantime.


Storefronts and Collecting Payments

We know that collecting payments from students might be a worry during school closures! We do currently offer a storefront option to collect yearbook and hoodie orders and payments from students and parents directly. A storefront can bypass the need for any help from a school bursary or finance office, so can be a really useful tool if you’re collecting payments while these are closed.

Printing and Delivery

Your yearbook printing timelines will be unaffected by the current circumstances, as our printers are able to remain open with reduced staff to ensure social distancing is maintained.

During last year’s lockdown, we also introduced individual shipping directly to students as a delivery option. Please speak to one of our team at support@yearbook.com or via your yearbook’s live chat if this is something you’d like to enable for your yearbook.
