What's the process?
Yearbook Machine is a complete service for printed yearbooks and leavers' books. Set up your book online, invite people to contribute their profiles and photos, build pages with smart templates, then order. We print the books and deliver them to you.
How long does it take?
Most groups spend a few weeks collecting content. Once you submit your book, printing and delivery normally take two to three weeks, and rush production can deliver in as little as one week.
What does it cost?
Prices depend on the page count, the number of copies and the cover type, and there is no setup fee. Use our instant pricing calculator for a quote in EUR. Prices are shown in euros and exclude VAT.
What are the books like?
Every book is printed on 170gsm paper with a choice of softback, printed hardback or leatherette hardback covers, bound to last. Request a free sample to see one in your hands.
Do you deliver to my country?
Yes. Books are delivered anywhere in Ireland and to most countries worldwide. The calculator quotes delivery to your address, and we can also ship individual copies to each person.
Can I see a sample?

I'm a teacher, how can you help me manage this project?

How do we pay?
