We know that school closures and another period of uncertainty might be causing some concern about yearbooks going ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We want to reassure all of our customers that we and our printers are working to keep everything operating as usual, with the same team available to help whenever needed. Your yearbook project can still be worked on from home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The online nature of our books means that they’re perfect for remote collaboration, and our Chat feature can help you all stay in touch while working on the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Storefronts and Collecting Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We know that collecting payments from students might be a worry during school closures! We do currently offer a storefront option to collect yearbook and hoodie orders and payments from students and parents directly. You can read more about this here: https:\/\/yearbook.com\/blog\/blog\/2020\/11\/13\/introducing-storefronts\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n A storefront can bypass the need for any help from a school bursary or finance office, so can be a really useful tool if you\u2019re collecting payments while these are closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Storefronts can be used for any yearbook or hoodie order – just get in touch with us at support@yearbook.com<\/a> or send us a message in your book\u2019s live chat if this is something you\u2019d be interested in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Printing and Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Your yearbook printing timelines will be unaffected by the current circumstances, as our printers are able to remain open with reduced staff to ensure social distancing is maintained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n During last year\u2019s lockdown, we also introduced individual shipping directly to students as a delivery option.
